Welcome to Incredible Africa Adventures! Please read our terms and conditions carefully before booking your Mount Kilimanjaro climb, Mount Meru trek, or Tanzania safari with us. These terms are designed to ensure a clear understanding between our clients and our company, offering transparency, safety, and confidence in every adventure we provide.
All bookings must be made in writing via email or through our official website. A booking is only confirmed once we have received a deposit (typically 30% of the total tour cost). The remaining balance is due at least 45 days before the tour starts, unless otherwise agreed.
Late bookings may be accepted depending on availability.
We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, and other approved digital methods. Clients are responsible for any transaction fees incurred. Detailed payment instructions will be provided upon booking confirmation.
All cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds will be issued based on the following terms:
90+ days before departure: 80% refund of the deposit
60–89 days before departure: 50% refund of the deposit
46–59 days before departure: 25% refund of the deposit
Less than 45 days before departure: No refund
Please note: No refunds are given for unused portions of the tour once it has commenced. Within 90 days prior to departure cancellation fees will apply. You may also be responsible for any fees imposed by hotels, airlines etc., that are over and above your land arrangements, due to your cancellation of your original date bookings. Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all clients. Your insurance should cover trip cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, evacuation, and loss of belongings. Proof of valid insurance is required before tour departure.
You must purchase travel insurance that covers Medical Evacuation up to 6,000 meters, above sea level. It is very important that you ask and make sure your travel insurance company has included this in their final price.
Mount Kilimanjaro and other trekking or safari activities demand a reasonable level of fitness. It is your responsibility to consult with your doctor before travel and disclose any medical conditions. We reserve the right to decline participants who are unfit or medically unprepared.
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet all entry requirements to Tanzania, including valid passports, visas, and any required vaccinations. We offer assistance and advice but cannot be held liable for denied entry or missing documents.
Incredible Africa Adventures reserves the right to adjust itineraries due to weather, park rules, safety issues, or unforeseen circumstances. We strive to maintain the quality and experience of every tour and will inform clients of any major changes in advance.
While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and satisfaction, we are not liable for personal injury, illness, property damage, delays, or losses caused by third parties, natural disasters, or acts beyond our control.
We expect all clients to respect local cultures, wildlife, guides, and fellow travelers. Disruptive or abusive behavior may result in termination of the tour without refund.
We are proud to operate ethical, sustainable, and eco-friendly Kilimanjaro climbs and wildlife safaris. We support local communities, fair wages, environmental protection, and cultural preservation.
By booking with Incredible Africa Adventures, you agree to these terms and conditions.
